We want you to be thrilled with your jewellery purchase. Mario B Jewellery undergoes strict quality control procedures on all our jewellery before it leaves our showroom. You must notify us within 10 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange your item. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. All items will have a barcoded ticket attached to them which must not be removed. Please note products in our ‘curated’ / ‘earring’ and ‘silver jewellery’ pages in addition to custom made or modified pieces including special orders are non refundable nor can they be exchanged.

We will then inform you of the next steps. Please note we must check the item thoroughly upon receiving it prior to a refund taking place and will be advised.

Disclaimer* It is imperative that we arrange and pay for the item to be picked up from you with our trusted courier company; should you not be able to return it in person. However, the cost of sending back the item will then be deducted from your initial payment and you will be advised what this amount will be prior to dispatch.
