Payment Policy
Online orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. VIA : Master / Visa card, Debit card, Amex, direct deposit into our bank account (please ask for details) or cash in store.
We take reasonable care to keep our site secure – and therefore we don’t store your credit/debit card details on our system. We want you to have a safe and simple shopping experience. We take reasonable measures to keep details secure but we will not be held liable for any loss or damage you may encounter if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when entering and ordering from our website.
INSTORE & ONLINE ORDERS
A minimum of a 40% deposit is required upon purchasing a special order, or a bespoke piece followed by 2 further progress payments up until the item is ready. Time lines will be discussed and confirmed upon placing the order. You have 24 hours from the time you paid the deposit To cancel this order to receive a full refund less 7% of the deposit amount made. Once 24 hours have passed you must then continue on and fulfil your commitment in full towards the purchase you have made. Should you insist to cancel this order after the 24 hour period has passed it will need to be accepted by us however you will lose the 40% deposit paid.
- Full payment must be made upon purchasing a ready to wear item prior to the item leaving the store.
- On repairs and restorations a minimum of 20% is required prior to commencement of any work – final payments can be made upon completing the work. This service cannot be cancelled once you have committed.
- For remodelling a 20% deposit is payable upon proceeding with the work followed by progress payments.These payments can be made upon any progress inspection followed by a final payment upon completion & satisfaction of the work completed. This service cannot be cancelled once you have committed.
LAYBY
We do offer a strict layby payment option available in store and online : For a maximum period of 3 months from date of first payment – Interest free – On ready to wear items only (excludes items on sale and special orders.) A 30% deposit of the purchase price is required as an initial instalment. With up to 4 payment instalments – Percentage break up can be discussed in store or by contacting us.
There is no refund or store credit available at any time should you want to cancel your layby agreement. If you decide to exchange your layby purchase you may do so one time only if we agree to it but this must be within 7 days of the initial purchase. It must be of equal value to the original total amount or greater.

Once you commit to purchasing an item through the layby option you will not under any circumstances be able to cancel the layby. If you do so you will lose all money paid towards the item. You will not be eligible for a refund or a store credit. Please choose carefully before committing to the item and don’t hesitate to enquire with us for any further information on the product.
