SHIPPING POLICY
PURCHASES
When making your purchase, you must supply complete and accurate information. On our request, you could be asked for more information to guarantee the accuracy of your order. When placing your order, you must include the precise delivery address and delivery instructions. Mario B Jewellery is not required to resend the order to the proper address at our expense if you submit an incorrect address. If after placing your order you discover that you put the wrong delivery address or delivery instructions, kindly inform us immediately within 24 hours with an email. As there is sometimes a delay in receiving an email please also call us on the shop number and mobile number or text.
PURCHASE PRICE
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. They are provided on the website or in response to any enquiries you may have with us. We retain the right to occasionally change the prices that are shown on the website without providing you with prior notification.
PAYMENT
Payment options accepted by Mario B Jewellery include credit/debit card, PayPal, ZipPay and electronic bank transfer is also accepted however (you must request our bank account details).You can view the payment methods available on the very bottom page of our website and prior to checking out. You will receive a transaction confirmation email after paying for your order, confirming that your order has been received. Mario B Jewellery will email you at the email address specified in your purchase to discuss your payment if we have not received cleared funds after 48 hours of you placing your order.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders placed through our website are normally processed in the following amount of time:
In-stock items: 3-7 business days shipped domestically via platinum express Australia post – (tracking available), team global express or a similar courier company. (tracking available)
International : Fedex or Team Global Express – delivery time approximately 3 weeks –
(tracking available.)
PS: In Sydney, Australia, Mario B Jewellery has a physical location. We encourage you to visit our store to pick up your item if you are not too far away and it is convenient for you.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following timeframes:
Within Australia: within 7 business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped;
and
Outside of Australia: Within 21 days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped. However, there may be times where shipping will take a little longer (for example, during peak times such as Christmas). We will notify you if this is to be the case. If you have not received your Items within our suggested timeframes, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Mario B Jewellery reserves the right to cancel your online order for whatever reason. If this happens we will get in touch with you ASAP . A full remittance of the money charged to you by your financial institution will occur. For any loss, expense, or damage (direct or consequential), as well as for any time lost or inconvenience incurred as a result of the cancellation, you will not be eligible to make any additional claims or seek compensation.
ITEMS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Please inform us with the order number and the item code or product name of any items that are missing from an order so that we can conduct the necessary investigations. Mario B Jewellery will not be held liable for lost or damaged items.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Any requests for a refund will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
FINANCIAL INSTITUTION CANCELS THE TRANSACTION:
In the event that your Financial Institution cancels or voids the transaction for an Online Order for any reason, Mario B Jewellery reserves the right to recover the goods at no expense to us and charge you a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the transaction value.
